Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY
Bilbosurf.com will despatch your order within one working day of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. Delivery to the mainland UK is FREE for a limited time only. Deliveries to the UK mainland are sent via Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent out the following day (except Fridays when your order will be sent out on Monday). If you live in an isolated location in the UK please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. International deliveries (outside the UK mainland) will have a surplus charge added according to the weight of the parcel and the destination country. We will contact you by email to confirm that you are happy with any surplus charge we may wish to apply to your order.
Please be advised that Surfboards may take 3/4 days for delivery.
Bilbo Surf Ltd reserves the right to amend orders placed with
incorrect delivery options without notice.
RETURNS
We endeavour to supply the highest quality product. In the
unlikely event that you are unhappy with the service or the
product you have received we are only too happy to help resolve
the problems that may occur. If you do have such problems please

Our returns policy is purely subjective to the situation that
has occurred, but will endeavour to come to a suitable resolve.
Bilbo Surf Ltd reserves the right to refuse the exchange or
refund for a product that has been opened, used or damaged.
The Ordering Process & Payment
There are four ways to order:
1. VIA THE WEBSITE.
The easiest and quickest way is through the online shopping cart on this website. It is totally secure and very easy to use. If you have any problems and are worried in any way about your order you can check it's status by phoning 01637 879033 .
2. BY PHONE
Alternatively you can phone your order into Bilbo Surf Ltd on
01637 879033 Please ensure that you have the item description
and your payment details to hand.
3. BY POST
Alternatively you can post your order to us, you can send a cheque or
postal order (PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH) payable to Oakland Imports Ltd.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment is received.
If your payment details are declined we will contact you in
order to resolve any problems that may have occurred.
POLICY
As standard practice we use 'cookies' (Session cookies) to keep track of visitor patterns and useage throughout the site, and to keep your orders within the shopping cart. Please note that cookies cannot be used to determine the identity of any user.
Please note that the actual colour of some items may differ slightly from the photographic interpretation on this website. Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly test all hardware products on this site the performance and suitability are purely subjective.
